• Minimising travel by defaulting to secure, digital-first delivery across Zoom, Teams, and encrypted portals.
• Avoiding office overheads, which reduces energy use, physical waste, and utility consumption.
• Using electric public transport (e.g. buses, trams) rather than personal vehicles for in-person meetings or engagements.
• Selective, local face-to-face meetings only when strategically essential or client-preferred—ensuring personal service without unnecessary travel.
• No printed packs or letters unless required by law—we use paperless document handling, client e-signatures, and encrypted digital storage.
